The Alliance Mastery program – almost ready

The Alliance Mastery program is almost ready for launch. What started about six weeks ago with an vision will become reality over the next weeks.

Writing out the classroom workshops in a self-study was an interesting experience that forced me to dive into the subjects again to ensure it would be written down correctly. The big difference between a workshop and a self-study is that spoken word as a facilitator before a group can relatively easily be corrected while the written word needs to be correct immediately. In addition in a workshop there is a lot of interaction that will often steer the conversation, while in a self-study it will be more or less one-way traffic. And now the first version of the self-study is almost ready. Content wise the review has been completed and language wise it will be corrected as I write this blogpost (It seems my non-native English needed some polishing to be correctly understood on paper).

The self-study is not just a product by itself but part of the overall Alliance Mastery program. A program designed to help you gain, maintain and increase your alliance skills and hence to help you increase your alliance success. It is a three layer program, where you can easily pick the one that suits you most:

• Classroom
• Self-study
• Online membership

Planning

• The classroom workshop will continue as already provided for the last two years already. Both in in-house and open enrollment formats. The next open enrollment workshop being held on 18 October 2012.
• The self-study is expected to go on pre-sale within 48 hours and is planned to launch fully before 1 August.
• The online membership program will launch soon too; as a separate program there are some technical challenges that need to be overcome, as part of the workshop and self-study it will be available immediately.
