Alliance Mastery coaching

The Alliance Mastery coaching program is a personal coaching program for you to help you improve your personal effectiveness in working with your alliances. Every coaching engagement is customised and personalised to your situation. We will start with an intake, you will be asked to answer questions, we will discuss your situation and determine specific areas of focus. Jointly we will develop a coaching plan tailored to your needs which may included application exercises.

Coaching may cover topics with focus on your personal performance or with focus on one of your alliances. Topics that can be discussed include topics like:

  • Alliance governance
  • Stakeholder alignment
  • Alliance business plan
  • Value proposition
  • Getting a stuck alliance moving again
  • Communication
  • Alliance strategy
  • Partner selection
  • Preparing for alliance certification

There are several options for Alliance Mastery coaching:

The Alliance Mastery coaching package
During 3 to 6 months:

  • 3 hours coaching over Skype or phone (max 3 sessions) per month or
  • 3 hours in-person coaching on a location in the Netherlands (max 2 sessions) per month
  • A welcome questionnaire and interview
  • Unlimited email support between calls or meetings
  • Homework assignments where applicable

One day Alliance Mastery coaching

  • One intense coaching session from 10:00 – 16:00 on a location in the Netherlands
  • A welcome questionnaire and interview
  • This can equally develop as a coaching as well as a working session; every alliance topic can be discussed to help you make your breakthrough in your situation.
Notes:
  • Coaching is not without obligation, it is a focussed ongoing dialogue helping you to reach your goals more effectively and develop the areas that need development. I will require your full presence and dedication. You may expect the same from me.
  • The pricing mentioned above excludes VAT where applicable.
  • Location cost and international travel cost are not included.
