General terms

These terms and conditions apply to any quotations, activities and agreements in which Simoons & Company provides services and/or products on behalf of her clients, respectively their legal successors.

The most important summary for workshop attendees:

  • Payment is due upon registration. An invoice will be send to you by email.
  • Registration is only valid when payment has been received and is processed.
  • Cancellation must be received in writing 14 days prior to the event to receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refund will be made if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the event.
  • If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge with prior notice.
