Peter Simoons
Simoons & Company was founded in 2010 by Peter Simoons who is a strategic alliance coach who built his experience and expertise while working for 25 years in partnerships, alliances and new business development. Peter is an ASAP Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) and Chairman of the Benelux chapter of ASAP, the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.

Coaching, aimed at improving your alliance and partnership performance, can be as short as one hour and range to as long as a full year. It all depends on you like to achieve for yourself and your alliance team.

An assessment will help to identify the health of your alliances & partnerships and find areas for improvement. Assessments can also be applied to troubled alliances & partnerships to identify the causes and ways back into healthy partnerships.

Our training program offers open registration classroom workshops, in-house workshops and self-study formats.
